des vignes), et de son vignoble constitué principalement de coteaux extrêmement pentus (jusqu’à 70%), vous offrant un panorama unique sur la plaine d’Alsace et son vignoble.</p> <h3>Historique :</h3> <p align="justify"><strong>Katzenthal</strong> est un village détruit à 90% durant la bataille de le poche de Colmar (1939-1945) et reconstruit. Le nom dérive de Chazzo, prénom germanique et Thal (vallée). Le vallon est habité depuis la préhistoire et son nom évolua de <strong>Chacindale</strong> (1185), <strong>Kancendale</strong> (1210), puis <strong>Kazzindale</strong> (1233) et enfin, jusqu’à ce jour <strong>Katzenthal.</strong></p> <h3>Patrimoine</h3> <p>Château du Wineck</p> <p>Le Stockbrunna (fontaine)</p> <p>Le Schlessla ( petit château)</p> <p>L’Eglise Saint Nicolas </p> <div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/2121613212958130336-1263049324344007658?l=reddlagiggser-test.blogspot.com' alt='' /></div>Andrehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08580651765388146917noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2121613212958130336.post-68993166109038519162009-01-30T14:17:00.000+01:002009-02-18T14:18:43.811+01:00<h3><b>Grand cru Wineck Schlossberg</b></h3> <p align="justify">Terroir exceptionnel, vignoble de coteaux à fortes pentes (jusqu’à 70%), orienté Sud et Sud-Est à une altitude de 280 à 400 m développant un vignoble de 27,40 hectares sur le banc A.O.C* de Katzenthal / Ammerschwihr.</p> <p align="justify">Le vallon est abrité des 3 cotés des vents créant un climat particulier à la culture de la vigne.</p> <p align="justify">Sous sol granitique à é Micas de Turckheim fortement désagrégé privilégie le Riesling, et le Gewurztraminer, leurs offrants un caractère très fleuri et racé.</p> <h3><b>Grand Cru Kaefferkopf</b></h3> <p align="justify">Le Kaefferkopf repose sur coteau (pente 10 à 35 % ) exposé Est à une altitude 240 à 350 m.</p> <p align="justify">Le Kaefferkopf bénéficie d’ une réputation très ancienne qui en fait l’ un des fleurons du vignoble Alsacien, et jouit d’ une protection juridique depuis 1932 concept émergeant des appellations d’ origine contrôlé*, récemment reconnu en tant que Grand Cru.</p> <p align="justify">La complexité du terrain associant granite sur les parties hautes et calcaire et grès en contre bas font la part belle aux cépages Riesling, Pinot Gris et Gewurztraminer, offrant des vins puissant et élégants.</p> <h3><b>Hinterburg</b></h3> <p align="justify">Dans le creux du vignoble de Katzenthal, le sous sol du lieu dit Hinterburg représente un mille feuille de sols comme on ne trouve nulle part dans le monde, queue du champ de fracture de Ribeauvillé.</p> <p align="justify">Très Pentu ( jusqu’ à 70%), il est considéré par les anciens comme le meilleur terroir de Katzenthal.
